They only called me twice in eight weeks . My vehicle was supposed to be done in six weeks. I had to call them to see if it was done. Not happy with ford collision where my vehicle was being repaired. I hear a chirping noise now.

Inside of door jamb and drivers side arm rest and door handle had grease on them. Did not apply afternnon discount when it was written on appointment confirmation. Ran my credit card and thwn had to issue credit back on my card. Took a extra 15 minutes to check out due to this!

I was scheduled to have a warranty update (sticky Dashboard) on Thursday (4/27) and I was called to reschedule because the part is not in. But, I was there on Friday (4/21) as he was told they had it in stock and they could replace. And, now I'm told I'll have to wait for 2 months. I'm not happy.

It seems That the service reps had a difficult time getting the men to pull the cars to the front of service fir pick up. It didn't happen with me but I heard/saw service reps rolling their eyes, shaking heads that they had called repeatedly to pull the completed serviced cars around fir the owner to pick up. Also Ruben suggested I get 4 new tires because mine were dangerous to drive. So I did.he never mentioned us they would be balanced and aligned. I had to track him down and talk to another rep to find this out.?I did tell him I was in a hurry but he should have offered it to me. Would never recommend someone buy 4 tires without alignment/balance. Hemet wS a disappointment..
