I was waited on immediately with a friendly smile told exactly what would happen and then I was given a shuttle to get to my second location and picked up an hour and a half later I was very thankful for that thank you. And I was surprised to see my bill was less than I had been told and predicted very happy about that also I feel safer on the road thank you Toyota and my service rep
