I asked for assistance with synching the time on my two clocks which didn’t get done. This was the second time I requested this assistance and neither person followed up with it. Additionally, my personal settings on the dash were not reset to the settings I had when I arrived. This is annoying for me as I’m not really tech savvy. Lastly, I’m offered recommendations for services before the service and inspection. Shouldn’t this happen after the technician physically and visually checks?

Went in for Toyota recall on the paint and its seems dealership are only there to advocate for Toyota instead of the consumer ended talking with service manager Chris to even get Toyota to look at paint chipping in places the recall does not cover.
