The service took longer than expected. The whole scene seemed chaotic. The windshield wipers weren’t replaced so our advisor had to do it. Will never do service on a Saturday again.

My questions were not answered and some of them she didn’t even listen to.
I’m retired living in a very tight budget and I can’t afford the price Toyota is charging me at every service that due to my cars mileage should be free.
She told me that the next service was going to be over $400 and all the apparent things my car will need will total the service to $1350. Not acceptable. My car has 20000 miles, how much will I have to pay for next services as my car gain mileage.
I had Toyota cars since 1989 and most of them were brand new when I bought them, and I have never told I have to do all the stuff she told me I had to do. When I bought the car I was told I’ll have free service till the car reaches 30000 miles, and I’ve been paying for stuff that I should have to do on a brand new car. This is not acceptable at all.
Very disappointed about the Toyota service department.
