Anthony is the best this is best Toyota service dealer in a 60 mile radius. Anthony is honest. I live in murrieta and I drive to Hemet because Temecula Toyota service is dishonest and horrible
Since I’ve been coming to gosch Toyota Hemet it is the best it’s like family .Anthony treats me like family. I observe other employees they seem honest and friendly.
I heard the dealership changed ownership while I was on the golf course. New owner do not change the service mangers or the mechanics all trustworthy I’m retired from navy and retired detective
The rule is don’t change things that don’t need changing
This is an old school dealership keep it going

The Service Rep was extremely rude !!! I arrived one hour early which I completely understand that I had to wait , but I asked him if I could return on my appointment time that I had scheduled his answer was you’ll still have to wait like 3 hrs , we are short staffed … Things happen I completely understand but having to wait 3 hrs for an oil change is ridiculous!!!! And on top of that being treated with attitude is beyond ridiculous, William Barnhart have some consideration for customers that pay for service we are not there for any handouts!!!!!
