Edward was great. Toyota’s policies resulted in a 4 day wait to get a flat tire replaced. The tire needed only took one day. The rest of the time was spent on paperwork. This is unacceptable.

I came in for minor service. Oil change and tire rotation. I waited there with my 6 year old. I was told to expect at least two hours. I was aware of this since this is the new norm waiting time. 3 hours went by and I had no video of inspection and no updates. I went to find my service rep and he was out getting food for his team. A different rep let me know he will be back soon but will check on my vehicle. I did not get a reply. After another period of time I got my inspection video which I was u able to view due to the new system. I turned down any extra service needed mainly because I was pissed of the lack of courtesy to even update me on time frames. Every time I came I hear we are behind and the waiting room was packed. Maybe Toyota is over booking service and we will always be expected to wait longer and longer. My mother in law tells me to drive to Temecula Toyota for service because service and wait time is better. I may have to plan for that in the future. Sorry just my honest review. Coming in at 09:50 and leaving past 3.30pm for an oil change frustrated my rest of the day.
