I usually have a different advisor who makes small talk and seems to remember me and my car from my decorations and stickers.. Anthony wasn’t rude but he was very engaged with his coworkers and also had a seemingly personal phone call while I stood at his desk to check in. There was no “hello how are you” and when I was checking out he didn’t go over my service except to ask if I wanted to change filters.. at this time everyone in this office was chatting about lunch orders and how they where splitting their lunch bill. I don’t believe I even got a “thank you have a nice day” when I left.. He was fine but was not personable which I have never experienced at this dealership as everyone is always really friendly. I didn’t feel as welcome as I usually do and I’ll probably be mindful and try to choose a different advisor next time if I can…

I had a 9:45 appt. I was told that it should be ready around noon. I never heard from anyone with an update about a delay. I left a message after 12:30 to see what the status was. Never heard back. I called again after 2 hours and he said they just started on my vehicle. What! He called me back at 2:22 pm telling me my vehicle was ready for pick up. I drove down there and the vehicle was not ready. It was inline to go thru the car wash. I asked about coupons as I had forgotten mine at home when I dropped off the vehicle. He said if I brought it in when I returned he would give me the discount. In the past you have always known what offers were out there & gave me the best deal.

Scheduled appointment and was at the service center before the scheduled time. Had to wait for a basic oil change over 3 hours. Close to 3 1/2 hours. This service should take no more than 40 minutes. An appointment is made to get you to in and out expeditiously. The appointments should not be overbooked to have people waiting for such a long period of time. This issue needs to be looked into and a remedy found. People have things to do and places to be. Other people were also in for service waiting just as long. This was not just one person waiting, it was several.
