We have had issues with attitudes with several service writers in Hemet. This time we went to Edward Garlejo he was absolutely amazing. He was caring, kind and extremely helpful. He continuously informed us of the status of our vehicle and for any expense we may encounter. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I don’t like the service at this store the guys lie to you and do whatever they want and that’s for the service people.
They do not grant your warranties and I think that store is a **** show.
And why do they have a general manager if customers can’t speak with them you can’t they give you to everyone else all three of the last service advisors I have had have not done their job they lie. I wish I never bought a truck from the HEMET dealership.

I called days ahead to get an appointment. I was asked if I would be waiting for the vehicle and answered yes. I get to the dealership and despite having an appointment that indicated I would be waiting I was told that my oil change would take 2-hours. Why bother with appointments at all? Two and a half hours later my oil change was completed.
I’m going back to Valvoline for their 15-minute oil change.

I did not watch recommended list till car was finished. I spent over 500
And you could not install missing bolts that were under ten dollars
Seriously not happy
