We were told for an additional charge that the air and the cabin filters would be replaced not only checked on, and I brought up an issue regarding my wheel alignment from my last service, and that was disregarded. I really wish to speak to a service technician who can make the time to address my concerns, because not only was I not charged for an extra service that I was not provided but they have still yet to review the wheel alignment that was previously done and then suggest that I need another one.

The men and women are always helpful and courteous! However - whoever was driving my car after it was washed - left a stench so bad in my car that it was almost unbearable to sit in there I had to roll my windows down, spray deodorizer and pull off the side off the road until it aired out. Please make sure that whoever is driving people’s vehicles has good hygiene.

Skyler York is awesome! He was current with Toyota paint notifications. He was well aware of the issues with body paint Toyota had pointed out in the notice i received. He pointed out issues that my Tacoma will have with its paint and assured me that your dealership would be able to take care of it.In my opinion,Skyler went above and beyond what I was expecting from a typical oil change to explain Toyotas notice to me and assure me that you guys were already to take the necessary steps to fix it! Plus Skyler is a nice young man with a family that he mentioned. I respect that!

William is very nice. But…He did forget to write down issues i have . Also I understand you don’t want to pay the tech time for nothing. But stopping me while I go through my issues and telling me I’ll be charged $100 per line item that they can’t replicate isn’t right. Maybe explain it better. It seemed like he was deterring me of bringing up more issues. Also my bed liner was on the trucks monroney . So I don’t understand why I need to contact the dealer I purchased the truck from to see about a warranty? I maybe mistaken, but if it’s on there as a Factory option, the selling dealer shouldn’t need to be a part of it. I picked up my truck from Skylar, and he will be my go to person from here on out.
