Jason has completely changed my view of car dealership service departments, and of Gosch. I had a bad experience there a couple of years ago and swore I’d never come back, but decided to try again. Fortunately I worked with Jason then and I will request him from now on. He is honest and doesn’t try to upsell, and when I asked about replacing the cabin filter he said I didn’t need to yet! He wasn’t condescending and was very friendly.
The woman who greeted me when I first pulled in was friendly and efficient, as was my service.

My advisor had me sign paperwork before asking me if there was any other issues beside the 10k service. When I asked a question, he didn’t know the answer but he said he would ‘definitely’ get the answer for me. He also asked me if I wanted washed, I said “no.” ( washed it the night before. When my car was done he handed me a key fob, with no keys on it. I said it wasn’t my fob because mine has keys on it, he said they are probably in the cup holder. WHY were my keys separated from the fob? When I got to my car to leave, the whole car was wet, it was washed when I specifically said no to a wash, I appreciated the offer though. It would be one thing if it was a spot free rinse, but it isn't, the car was covered in white water spots. As having worked in a service drive for 9 years, I do not understand what is going on there. My first visit at 5k miles was a bit chaotic as well but has already been addressed with Kayla at the dealership. As I said to one of your staff, it appears Gosch Toyota is more concerned about quantity, not quality.
