I have been with Toyota services in Hemet for years I have not had any good experiences this year on all my servises, I don't think the mechanics are doing there job and also the representative who helped me was urging with me and also told me he was going to order my parts when we spoke and when I when in he told me the same thing the he will order them today I question I had under stud you order them yesterday it is important it is my only car to me it shows that they don't care and mechanics don't do a good inspection I think I may compare their services as an outside service shop and lie to me and overcharge me for things the I don't need

I noticed I had to go to Jason to check on car status. His teammate Ned did the walk around check of the car. When car was washed, I watched the young man swipe at it a few times wait a few minutes then drive it up, water all over it. I dried my car off with cloth I had in truck. I could understand being too busy but I had been watching him through the window just messing around. Seems like Ned has a good work ethic.
