Great experience at Gosch Toyota in Hemet today!! They were able to get my car checked in early and within a couple of hours I was back picking up my vehicle!!
I also bought a 3 year 25,000 mile Service Package as the original Service Package ran out of Service visits. I appears that I am going to save quite a bit of money with my Service Package!!
Again, great service and the work was done correctly!!

I asked before I turned my car over to Skylar how long it would take and he said it would be finished with two hours maybe a little longer. It took a total of three hours to complete my vehicle. If it was not for me asking several times how much longer and being lied to twice about how much longer it would take I would have probably been there all day.

Had an alignment done on my truck. As I was leaving and driving there was a heady pull to the right. I called back and left a message as soon as I realized there was an issue with your service. It’s been over 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from anyone about getting this issue fixed. I am trying to find a Toyota repair shop that does good work and is responsive…guess I will keep looking.
