Went for a maintenance and not sure what they check but the tires needed air weren’t checked don’t feel like paying for a maintenance on a new vehicle is worth it when they don’t check anything but just an oil change.

I dropped off my car early for a 9:15 AM appointment to get an oil change on 12/27/23. I never got a call to let me know if my car was done. I called the service department around 5:15 PM to ask if the oil change was done so I can pick up my car. The lady that answered my call said it was completed before 1 PM and I needed to pick up my car ASAP because the shop closed at 6 PM. I told her that I’ve been waiting for a call/ text from them to tell me when I can pick up my car, but no one called/ texted me. That lady confirmed this and apologized . They usually pretty good at texting when the service was completed, but not this time.
