The worst service I've ever had with this lady I don't think she knows what she's doing. She send me a text that was already the car and then she made me wait longer and I don't think she send to the carwash the Sienna .I always go to Hemet for the service and this had never happened to me.

After the service, I’ve noticed that “maintenance required soon” popped up. I didn’t came back to notify the service agent because I have an appointment and my week was booked. It should have been checked and done on that day if maintenance really look over the fluids. Also, the AC was blowing bad smell. Agent should have been notified the owner if they did the inspection.
