Long time customer of this location. We just purchased a brand new rav 4 and our first regular scheduled oil change took 6hrs. Then month later we have a small issue with antenna on rav4 and they don't give any updates during its time in their possession. Except that it went to a wrong location. Did not return my voicemail or text. Was forwarded multiple times and was at shop for 3 days for minor repair. My insurance company said he tried to contact them they didn't take any pictures of vehicle prior to servicing it or take an odo reading. And they gave him the run around to department to department aswell, he was unable to get any of the info required from them. Super unprofessional customer service here. Pick up the car... Brand new car has paint damage after being in their possession. Stay away from here!! Go to Temecula!! Will also report to BBB.
