It took over two hours for a basic oil change, air filter replacement, and tire rotation. When it was done the mechanic didn't even change the filter. They left the clean cabin filter in the car and I had to install it when I got home. The service representative was very nice and accommodating, but the job on the vehicle was subpar.

I was completely dissatisfied with Kenneth not giving attention to customer. He was rude and not good with understanding my issue with my vehicle.His communication skills could be improved. He was dealing with his personal problems during the check in. I will never take a vehicle to this toyota dealership ever again.
