Kevin was great. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed and how I can cover it with my budget. I would love to have him again as my service representative. I never do these surveys but Kevin really seemed to care. He made me feel comfortable and I really trust him. Please give that man a raise!

Not completely satisfied, but close. The service advisors and techs were outstanding, professional, and did their best to keep me updated. I'd come back because of them. My only issue was time. I had an appointment for an oil change, was told 3 hours, and it took almost 5. You have to fix the scheduling. A more accurate estimate and quicker service would be appreciated.

Kennith was fantastic, the wait time was not, it toon nearly five hours for my car to get serviced.
At check in, a car wash was requested, it was not done & had to be requested again, even though a sign was on the dash to wash. I had to wait the additional time for it to get washed.
You’ve really got to do something about the service time!
