I was not impressed with the way the dealerships preferred form of communication (texting) was executed by the dealership. It did not allow me an opportunity to have a dialogue with my service advisor about recommended services. As a result, I didn’t have the opportunity to agree to those services. I was also not informed of my next step once I received the, “your car is ready” text. I was a little frustrated not knowing if I go to the service counter, or the cashier, etc.

Poor communication from service advisor Tony I had to call several times about my vehicle and got either disconnected or put on hold. They had my car for several hours and no one called to tell me it was ready if I had not cal led because it was getting close to closing time my car would be just sitting There I’m very disappointed
