Diana was excellent and very helpful. She took care very well and kept informed me all through the service. I did not have the appointment and was really crowded day. Nevertheless, I was taken care and I appreciate it very much.

Serviceman recommended brake service and I only accepted because he said he would apply the discount I knew I received in the mail. No discount was applied, but he gave me a rant about treating customers like family, and then immediately forgot about me. Pretty pissed, because I would have gotten the almost $200 service if I couldn't apply the discount, and he didn't even apply it anyway. I'll be writing a fairly negative Yelp review unless this gets addressed...which I'm pretty sure it won't.
The helper gave me a whole rant about how he treats people like family and would apply the discount. My car got serviced without any discount applied, so I don't know first of all why he said he would apply it, and second of all, why he would give me a whole rant about treating customers like family, and then completely forget what he told me within a single minute.
Very dissatisfied, not at the actual car service, but at the lies I was told about service being done on my car.
