I want to thank Christoper Abernathy for going out of his way to help me, with an intermittent knocking sound coming out of the rear of my Highlander, while Idling. I had brought it in before for the same issue in the past, but it went unsolved. Thanks to Chris's humbleness, patience and willingness to help, my problem was solved and for that I'm very grateful to him. It's a great feeling when you meet someone that loves his job and has a great attitude. I came with a 3:30 appointment for routine 40k maintenance. I did not leave with my car until nearly 6:30. Consequently I was late for a birthday party. I received computer generated texts and emails during the appointment that were of little value. Nothing to tell me how to get my car back. Nobody found me (I never left the building) I had to bug people until someone got my car.
