I was told to directly change to new tire without proper inspection of flat tire.
And was not given option to change to spare tire.
Initially I thought tire could have been patched since I did not drive more than 5 miles after tire got flat.
Also I was not told what was the issue in my tire how it got flat all of a sudden.

The service representative should know better once you have given a quote, clients should not be charged more if a different technician is going to do the job. It was also said that staff at piercey toyota will call in the morning if car is ready and will schedule shuttle in an earlier pick up time (earlier than 12nn -which was primarily the scheduled time) once car gets done. The concern was address right away by the service manager but the sales representive was talking to us in an annoying way. (Sales representative was not happy with sale manager's decision). We are just worried that this might happen to other clients if reps are not compitent enough.
