This is not to say I was completely dissatisfied with the service or the advisor.
What I didn't understand was the fact that I got a call saying it was the second attempt trying to get me to bring the vehicle in for a safety recall in a tone that made it seem like it was difficult to get me to go. I bit my tongue because I tried a couple of times to get the vehicle serviced but was told that parts were not available. I was relieved to finally get a schedule and happy that it was going to get done early. The note said 1:30pm. It didn't get done that day. Was told that parts were unavailable. One would think that because I was called, that parts wouldn't be a problem...
