Following reasons
1. This was supposed to be a complete diagnostics of each problem mentioned. They just checked the codes and told to change one item. I was told that if still some light stays after fixing they will diagnose again and let me know if extra cost.
2. My hybrid car mileage is 25mpg. I had asked to diagnose that too. They did not talk about it.
3. I was told over the phone a day prior and when not believed by the representative I called in front of the representative on speaker phone. The deal was first 30mins if diagnosis was free then charge of $170. Still the technician just used the meter to check the code and I was charged $170. That was for sure not more than 30 mins job.
Overall I did not have a good experience.

I loved the sales dept... Andy was nice. Jimmy got us closer to our price and the Finance Manager took care of us. There were a few issues with the car and somewhat difficult to resolve. Overall inspection of the car was inadequate. Things were noted but not fixed. We spent a lot of time trying to get them resolved. In the end there was a fair solution reached. We love our car! It was worth it!

Philip was wonderful but I did have an issue after paying at the cashier I waited outside for a very long time before they brought my car to me. I'm not sure what the holdup was but it was excessively long.
