Not very interested in hearing the service advisor repeat the same thing over and over again. Also my concerns were addressed in an inadequate way and the reasoning behind the issue I presented was addressed as “normal.” Makes me kind of wish I was back at an Audi dealership where the service advisor really makes an effort to address my concerns while also listening instead of talking the entire time. Kind of a lost art form at Toyota. And a service that i did not agree too was added without my consent. Good thing I caught this when I was signing.
