Not satisfied with the service! The maintenance light is still on and no sticker has been installed. I am not sure if they really fix the problem or just charge me for nothing. This is the worst service we've ever received from Toyota since 18 years ago.

Dissatisfied- It took 4 hours to get an oil change and alignment and I was the 2nd customer in line this morning. I got there at 6:30am with an appointment and waited for the place to open. There was only 1 customer in front of me. Everybody that came after got their cars first. Maybe they didn’t get much done but I did hear a gentleman say he got an alignment and oil change. The longest I have ever waited was maybe 2 hours at the most for same services. I think I even had a water pump replaced and it was faster then this at Piercey. If i had an idea of the time frame I would have left and came back. The excuse I heard was that the alignment rack went bad so there was a line of cars? That would have been a good time to offer a rental car or a shuttle. Both employees that assisted looked embarrassed and didn’t want to look me in the face. It’s one thing to say hey buddy we missed your car by mistake. Instead the story I got didn’t seem genuine. MrYamamoto does a good job of keeping me updated. Reza didn’t give me anything until I approached at hour number 3.
