Ms. Hong Ly is very helpful. She assisted me test battery even though it was not her daily task. When I brought a battery to Part Dept. to ask testing battery, the employee there told me to drive my car then he will test. That was ridiculous. Ms. H?ng Ly helped test a battery w/o car. Walter was very polite, experienced and knowledgeable. He treated me with courtesy and made me feel very comfortable to trust him to take good care of my car. My overall experience with your dealership were good. My only suggestion is if you could improve the communication between the departments then you will have more satisfied customers. When Walter told me to pick up my car after it was serviced. When I went outside to talk to the man in charge and was told to go to cashier and get the final paper. After waited for more than 10 minuets at the cashier and I was told that I don’t need to see her. What a waste of time!
