I told the service advisor that the “Check Engine” light issue is still not fixed but it’s intermittent and cannot be reproduced at all. He blew me off telling me to ignore the Check Engine light until it becomes a real problem. This does not sound right to me

One minor item tho - you did not tell me that my brakes were at a level where they should be resurfaced SOON. If you had told me that, I would have asked to do that service at the same time as the other work you did, to get it all done in the one visit.
That is only a tiny minor complaint, other than that, you all did GREAT, so just fix that one small item and don't sweat it!

The Asian lady at the cashier was horrible. There was only one lady in front of me but I was forced to wait more than 10minutes and she didn’t explain anything. I felt her attitude was rude. I was extremely uncomfortable. There were 4-5 gentlemen after me and they looked unhappy too.
