The service advisor did a good job of taking care of my service. However, the video o received and the update from the tech review of my truck was very odd.
The video of the work being performed looked like something out of he Blair Witch project. Very disjointed and very odd. The text I got back stated the inspection results as “severity medium” This implies they found an issue with a vechile that only had less 5k Miles. When I asked about the issue I was told there really wasn’t any issue it is just the way their system reports out. Lastly, I never got a report out f the multi-inspection done on my truck. Ie tread wear, brake wear etc..

Ask for a alignment and didn’t get done until you guys finished the work. Then was told it will be two hourS more that I waited. Please clean up all this bs and get the work order right.
