I had been told by a person in the service department on the phone that my first service for the my new Prius Prime could be done at the noon hour while I waited without an appointment. I came in around 11:50 AM, and pulled up, but no one came out. I went inside and no one seemed to notice me, until Clint saw me and asked me if I needed help. He was very helpful and made an appointment for me so that I would not have to wait the 2-3 hours normally required without an appointment. He was friendly and reached out. My car was ready at around 1:30 PM. He set up the next appointment for 5 months. I guess the communication over the phone initially was the biggest problem, since it did not reflect the reality of what I could expect. But my experience once Clint met me was very good.
