The advisor was ok but the technician who worked on my car was careless. Came in for oil change for 2015 Sienna, advisor suggest to do a recall also for the sliding doors. Dropped off at 8:00, picked up at 15:30. Drove home and restarted the engine, the check engine stayed on and the back up camera did not work at all. Drove back to the dealer, they could not figure out and told me to leave a car one more day. I got my van back the next morning, however I was so frustrated. I hope nothing else happens to my van since it has only 16k miles.
