This is Chiming Shan, I scheduled 5000 maintenance for my 2017 sienna, VIN 5TDKZ3DC8HS869376. I am not satisfied with the service because
1) the service manager sent me a wrong video which is not my car.
2) the washer fluid was empty alerted after I drove home, but supposed all the fluid level should be checked per the maintenance guide.
3) the maintenance required indicator was shown after few days
I was totally unsatisfied with the poor maintenance service, especially for the FIRST TIME customer. This made me very disappointed about Toyota Quality. I regret to buy 5 years extended maintenance and decide to cancel it.
I will consider escalate this case to the highest management team.

I went to your branch today, April 6 friday. I had appointment at 9Am and Dexter immediately assisted me. After they checked my highlander he explained to clearly what was the problem on my car. What are the things that needs to be done to our car and the good thing is its still on a warranty. I paid a little amount to fix little but im happy with the service of this branch specially with Dexter.
Dexter is very accomodating, patience and answered all my questions. When i picked up mu car at the same day Dexter is still there to hand over my car.
Good service and im a happy customer.
