There was some slight confusion as Ray left a message with a question of whether or not I wanted my air and cabin filter replaced. I called back and left Ray a message to contact me as I had questions about the replacement. I never heard back from him, and was confused if the car is on hold. Meanwhile the courtesy driver arrived the next morning and I got an automated message that my car was done. Once I got to dealership, I found out Ray was not in office, but another advisor cleared things up. Apparently the replacement suggestion was for future replacement.
