I am satisfied with the customer service that I received from Marvin Mallari. He was fantastic! Very professional and explained the maintenance service very well. What I am unsatisfied with is the tech did not replace the spare tire back in place causing chain to hang down through the tire which now required me up return to have this corrected. I am sure it was not intentional; however, better attention to details is expected.

The service work was fine. My car was damaged needing a repaint of the drivers side back door. 2 weeks later I go to pick it up, and it has a lot of things to clean up but worst is the front door has paint defects.
