I used to take my previous Toyota for service at Sunnyvale. I went to Piercy for the first service of my RAV4 as my company moved in your area and my co-workers had a lot of great things to say about Piercy Toyota service department. I have to say they were absolutely correct. Raymond was very nice and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I loved receiving the video from the technician who inspected my car and the cleanliness of the entire facility. The shuttle drivers were just as wonderful. I will now make it a point to take my RAV4 to Piercy for it’s servicing. Thank you very much!

Raymond listened and followed up on my explanation that I had a full service agreement. I previously called the Piercy service department and the woman who answered argued that my service plan was not valid. But I followed up with another call to Toyota and they confirmed it was valid. I do not know the name of the Piercy service department person but Raymond at least listened attentively and followed thru. The service plan took care of all charges, as expected.
