I've Lost my phone after getting a service, I'm a loyal Toyota Customer and I'm actually trying to see if a CCTV can be view. I know exactly where I left my hopefully I can be help with this request I got all the Google tracking information needed and I can disclose all information in regards to the time the person left the facility. If cctv footage can be access through the front door where the RED TOYOTA PRIUS is Located I would guarantee we can determine who got my phone. Hopefully I can be help with my request. Thank You.

This was honestly the most frustrating service experience that I've ever had with Toyota. In my 4 years of utilizing the service, I've never had such lack of communication or responsiveness, and not only from my service rep Phillip Kudelka, but from those who answered the phone lines. On Saturday, May 12, I dropped off my car for service. I received a call around 1 PM and a voicemail notifying me of an additional need for my car regarding my brakes that were in need of replacement. I called back within five minutes with no reply, so I left a voicemail approving the work on my car. I also a left a text on the Toyota line that texted me to approve the service. I followed up at 2 pm to make sure that work was being done with my car, only to have a person attempt to connect me with my service rep, who for the second time wasn't available. The person on the line promised to write a note and leave it on my service rep's desk. I repeated this process again at 4 pm, after receiving a phone call from my service rep stating that my car was ready for pick up and sorry, they couldn't get the brakes done in time. Was my voicemail or text ever received by Toyota? What frustrated me even more was that I tried calling again and mentioned the brakes issue, and the person on the general line checked my papers and told me the brakes would last me for another six months when my service rep specifically told me that they wouldn't. So I called again, asking to be connected, when once again my service rep wasn't available. Once again, the person on the general line promised to write a note and leave it on his desk. I don't understand why any of these individuals couldn't help me to move the work forward on my car. Does it have to be the initial service rep? Are there no other service advisors available to support? The lady on the line told me that they could keep my car and continue the work on the brakes, and that she would leave a not. By the end of Saturday, I was in complete disbelief with customer service and I don't believe that your texting service is at all effective. I received NO replies regarding my approval of the work, even when the texting line was initiated by Toyota and prompted me to feel welcome to ask any questions or raise any concerns. On Sunday, May 13, I called first thing at 9 AM to make sure that work was being done on the brakes. My service rep Phillip was NOT in today, which is fine, but what shocked me was when the service advisor told me that no work was being done on my car, even after a woman on the line at 4 pm had promised to move forward on the work so that I could pick up my car by 1 pm that day. The service advisor Miguel was by far the most helpful out of everyone, because he pushed the work forward for my vehicle and have it ready by 1 pm at the latest. I was beyond frustrated, and that frustration amounted as I never heard back from ANYONE at Toyota. I called at 1:30 pm and got some support, but even when I got to the cash register, there was NO added charge for the brakes to my car, so I had to ask the cashier about it, and she walked me over to the service advisors who didn't understand that I was trying to pay the bill and were saying that the brake service wasn't free (I get that, hence which is why I am asking why I am not being charged for my brakes). I honestly feel like with that kind of service, I could have easily driven off with my car without paying for the brakes service. Miguel thankfully helped me process the final paperwork, with no thanks to anyone who has been answering the phone lines this weekend. This was the worst service I've ever gotten from Toyota. I shouldn't have to call seven or eight times when I had already placed a voicemail and texts approving work on my vehicle and had gotten so many promises from people answering the general line that Phil had received my communications. I don't put this entirely on my service rep Phillip Kudelka, but also the poor system of those individuals answering the phone at 1 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm who kept me going in circles and would attempt to connect me and promise to leave a note that was either never written or was never read. This was THE most inefficient and frustrating service I have ever had from Toyota in Milpitas, and I am very disappointed.

For the first time in all my visits to the service department, I was not made to waste time waiting in the cashier line to finalize my service visits. It is absurd why you make patrons who do not need to pay for their toyotacare visits stand in line at the cashier's register to simply sign several pages to get their vehicle. Miguel was first service representative that simply handed me my paperwork and I was on my way. Whyake people wait in line at the cashier to simply sign a couple sheets of paper??? Thank you Miguel!!!!
