I scheduled an appointment for a warranty part (headlamp wiring kit). When I arrived it for my appointment I was told that the part is on backorder and they could only replace a light bulb for me. The service time was expected to be 1.5-2 hours. It took 4 hours to check and replaced a light bulb. I was given an unknown expected date of the part and just wait for their call. I'm disappointed in the delay of a simple light bulb replacement service time, my headlamp will burn in a few months while waiting for a part that's lacking in Toyota's inventory.
I am disappointed for wasted 4 hours on my day off, when Toyota could've better plan and restock for my appointment.

Absolutely awesome. I drove up and was taken care of within minutes. Pick up time was equally good. Definitely a good setup. I’ve been using Toyota in Santa Cruz up until now and they are ok...but you guys blow them away. I’ll definitely schedule with Piercey from here on out.

I only received a text from Dexter saying my car was ready without any other information about what was wrong. When I called it seemed a bother to him to talk to me. I had to ask him what the issue was and whether it was resolved, he did not offer that upfront. I also had to ask him for a pick up from the shuttle, where in the past that was always instantly offered. He didn't tell me how long it would take for my shuttle to arrive, so I was waiting around for a call back for more time than expected. I had to make a follow up call after 40 minutes of waiting, where he said he had just submitted the sheet to the driver a few minutes ago. Shuttle took 1hr total to arrive despite my office being 3 minutes away from Piercey. When I came to pick up my car he offered no additional information and simply sent me to the billing area, again like I was a bother to him. I had to find out the details from the billing sheet. Very disappointing service compared to the last time I was in and everything was very smooth. Shuttle driver was nice though.
