Technician forgot to reset my maintenance reminder and I had to call back for them to guide me on the phone to reset myself. I noticed after the maintenance was done and compared to my last maintenance records that I had already done an oil change last time which I didn’t need one this time. Little disappointed that when advisor was reviewing my records overlooked that in the computer and recommended me to do the oil change which I didn’t need until next 5000miles. It would be better if past service records would be reviewed more carefully to aid in recommending services that customers truly need.

I got there very early and there was not a lot of people in front of me when the customer service person came to help me he told me there was a 2 to 3 hours waiting time I don't leave close by for the shuttle to take me home so I was there waiting for two hours to much time and I done appointment before and is the same

2weeks who we had our regular maintenance done and had a very good experience only when we returned home an oil spot started to appear on our brand new driveway. Because of our schedules we were unable to return to see what went wrong. It was a very busy Friday when we finally returned to Piiervy Toyota without an appt. They immediately took my Camry in back. Only 45 minutes later Jason came out and began to apologize (how refreshing) for our inconvenience and that out vehicle had had a cracked gasket. It had already been fixed and we were on our way. Thanks Jason and Pierce Toyota for your professionalism.
