Service was good. Advisors were nice and helpful, but this is the second time (out of 2 times) my rim caps got damaged. First time was after 5,000 miles maintainence, my front driver side rim cap's hook was broken and the cap flew off in the middle of freeway. Second time was this recent 10,000 miles maintainence. There were some major scratches on the rim cap.

Really bad experience I bouth on 5/14/18 I returned 2018 xse camary toyota to your dealer because Shakes really bad at 85 hightway they told me was the tire air normal was 35 and they returned my car with 47 after your mechanic check the car ready to Drive i asked if was safe to drive!!!! And when my husbend and I drove the car same problem unsafety, and todays date 5/24/2018 Brian Woods called me to let me know tires are the problem because the air was47 I explain to him your mechanic was the one who add too much air and my Life its on risk driving the car like that, Im sure the car had serious problem untill now i dont resived any profecional ansewer about the problem
