Diana Gonzalez did not explain/go over what was being done on my car all . I went in for a service and she said all I needed was to get an alignment, and to come back in next month instead because my fluids are still okay. (My dashboard alert lights were on). I needed to get the weather strip looked at. She told me to go order it myself, I wanted to get a quote on the parts and labor, she said “about $35-$50 a window and with labor it will be a total of $310.” I get a video sent to me about the progress of my car at 1:24pm. It said I had a nail in my tire, and strut needs replacement. At 2:18pm I got a call that my car was ready. Diana asked if I wanted to fix my tire for $35 and strut replaced for “500-$900.” She gave me a hard time when I asked if I can come back and get the strut done she said she doesn’t know, nor did she want ask the mechanic if my car will breakdown etc. She said I can come in and ask the mechanic myself. I never had an issue with this location. Always amazing service, I truly trusted your staff. After today, I plan to get my strut replaced at another location, and all service elsewhere. I’m disappointed I have to go back to Peirce, because unfortunately I already got swindled for a “lifetime alignment,” fee. Please improve your service for your clients. Thank you.
