I brought what was my first Toyota in for a non-functioning head unit. While there decided to talk to sales about a possible trade in. Sales was pushy, rude and insulting. Service was no better and considering this car has less than 12,000 miles and has been in the shop FIVE times I determined that Toyota sells poor quality products and Piercey Toyota made me never want to drive a Toyota again. I sold the car the same day and happily bought a Subaru. Thanks Toyota!

I have had friends that come here to get their car maintenance, and when asking they get it, I understand that you guys don’t do car wash anymore but if you’re going to give it to someone when they ask, then maybe give to the others that ask. Or don’t give it at all. I used to have great service here but recently it hasn’t been very great. Hopefully it’s better next time
