Sam Gonzalez is the worst customer service presenter at pierce Toyota. He argued with customers and didn’t listen or honor what he had told the guest. I’m very disappointed and upset from the interaction I had with him today. At first I didn’t understand why no one wants to come to piercy Toyota to receive car service. Now I totally got it. Facility is very nice but the workers are arrogant ignorant and very bad. I would never bring my car back there to get service. He deserved a 0 point from me. I’m afraid I would get retaliation from this specific employee
