Initial 5000 mile service. I had an appointment at 0930 and arrived about 10 minutes early. I waited in the car for 10 minutes before Miguel came out. So far, that was fine. I asked how long the service would take, and was told 1.5-2 hours max. So promised time was 1130. I waited until 1210 before finally getting up to find Miguel, who was preparing to go to lunch (had a sign on his counter). I asked what was the holdup on my car and he asked me to give him 2 minutes to check into it. He ended up calling to have it brought around right away. I asked what the hold up was -- he said it was partly him and partly that the techs were really backed up. It did not appear to be a particularly busy day there. No apologies were made. No explanation of what was actually done on the car was made. Given that the tech had the car up on the rack by 0950 (when video was sent to me), and judging from the actual work done as shown on paperwork -- nothing, just inspections -- I should have been out of there by 1030.
I am not happy.

I wasn't happy with the absolute lack of updates even when the delivery was going to be delayed more than a couple of hours past the original time. Also,
1. I had specifically asked for tires not to be inflated, but they were, and
2. Reza promised to vacuum the inside of the vehicle but didn't happen.
