When I pulled the car into service for a 930am appointment, it took 15 minutes before anyone bothered to address me. There were numerous service members walking around, none took the initiative to even tell me they would get someone to assist. A 930am appointment for putting on a protection package purchased with the vehicle. They told me it would be ready around 3pm (already a somewhat ridiculous amount of time given that it’s essentially 8 decals that cover key part so of the paint, but ok). I was also informed the shuttle would be ready in 5-15 minutes. 50 minutes later, I was informed by my service agent (thankfully) that it was taking longer. I instead, had to grab an Uber home so I could make a sales appointment for work at eleven thirty. Fast forward: 3pm comes, no call. 330pm, no call. Nope. My car is not ready until 439pm...from a 930am appointment. I go to pick it up, and imagine my disappointment to find that the work was done, but no one even washed the car before applying the protection package. So it’s now adhered to dirty paint. Top notch work guys. It’s anazing that I could have a great experience with the sales team, and feel like I was completely **** on by the service department. I will actively steer all service business away from you at this point...which is sad given that your dealership is 10 minutes from my house.
