Dexter sent me a text letting me know that texting would be the best way to communicate therefore I had to text him 3 times before receiving a response to letting me know that the car was ready it was ready for us sometime I believe but he never did let me know I had but he finally called me and then I went and picked up my car

Representative made me wait 12 minutes before he came to
My car even I had called upon three different staff members to get someone to come to write up my service needs.
Even though I had told him that I wait for the car, he never came to advise me that car is done & ready. I only found out because I approached him 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. He then checked his computer & advised me that the car os ready.
Also this is the third time I have come to the dealership for the sane service. First to order the replacement oart, second time when I shiwed up the part was not ordered at all, & the third time to do this right.
