I really hope that your service adviser can initiatively provide all services that offered by Toyota dealership instead of waiting by the requesting from the customer then agreed to do the services. Since the service adviser won't wash my car until I requested this service then he admitted to do it. Also he mentioned that he was do me a favor. It is quite different from the experiences that I got from South Bay Honda.
