Jazz Singh, even though I have only known him for a short time, he is a wonderful person to work with, the knowledge he knows about working alongside the customer shows. Almost a hands on, as he brought me back to the mechanic bay and showed me the issues that needed to be addressed. I felt very comfortable with what he was tell me.

The service adviser (Samuel Gonzalez) decided to skip my 15k free service since my car mileage is past that without giving clear explanation or advice. I had to ask him repeatedly to understand the reason and caveats of doing so. When I asked casually about not getting a service reminder, He made snark comments about me being irresponsible. Finally, I had to talk to General Manager (Ken? Kevin?) about the implications of skipping a free service and he was able to explain it to my satisfaction.
Later, at the time of service completion, Samuel came to me saying that *inside* my exhaust pipe there is a plastic bag, and to remove it it would cost me $85. I was shocked. I watched the video, and the plastic was *outside* the exhaust pipe. He acknowledged the error but stuck to the estimate. He was trying to make it a big deal, trying to make me pay $85. I went to the service manager again, and to my relief he said it's no big deal and happens all the time. It would burn off and go away and I shouldn't do anything about it.
I left exhausted after a stressful 2 hours! I will not come here again. :(
