This is the 3rd time that I’ve brought my truck to your service center for service. I haven’t been completely satisfied the last two times but this time it was worse. I was expecting at least a courtesy wash and vacuum interior but that wasn’t done. Your staff called me about the wheel lock nut and I told them it was brings the back seat. They opened the back seat to get it. In the process, there were books and my personal belongings on the seat that was tossed on the floor sheet it remained and they didn’t care to put it back on the seat. Your customer service is outrageous. I’m not bringing my truck back to your place again.
