The advisor was not proffessional at all, especially his service attitude. He was very friendly at first but then he became unpleased when I denied his recommended services and requested a lower price maintainance. Later on, he didnt let me know that I needed coming to his counter take the paper work before coming to the cashier. Even, he just texted me that my car was ready to pick-up although he had already known where I was sitting in the waiting room because he had come to my place and given me my car's checkup report before.
