The mechanic was great sending me a video of what needs to happen next in regards to repairs. I think every Toyota needs inspecting so we can figure out what the next step is.

Walter was telling me that my car was going to be 2 tears old when it's a 2017 camry and tried to convince me that I bought the car in October of 2017 when in fact I purchased it May 2018. The shuttle took too long so I called my husband to pick me up. Although I appreciate the video they take to inform me about the work they did the tech recording it talks so fast you can hardly understand what he's saying. Overall Piercy Toyota has a lot to improve on and I honestly don't believe you guys pay attention to these reviews because nothing has changed since the last review I gave. Two and a half hours to do a 20 minute oil change is unsatisfactory. Hope to see some improvements in the future.
