Todd was really helpful and very nice. The only complaint that I have is the wait time for someone to check you in was too long. My appt was for 2 pm, got there at 1:50, I didn’t get checked in until 2:20 pm and I was the second car on the line.

You Edd to train your people better! I was told that I have a nail in one of my tire, and that I can get I patch up... I have a run flat. How is your service advisories don’t know this and offer to patch my for 35 dollars. If I have not brought that to the advisor. You would have patch that tire.
